An original founder of Arc-Two Consulting, Ms. Koch’s experience and interests include full-lifecycle asset accounting, lease accounting, data and integration services, and advanced implementation methodologies. During her career, she has led engagements at some of the largest utilities in North America.

Mr. Sandusky has over 25 years of experience in application design, implementation, and business process improvement for various financial and operational systems. He combines an understanding of the client’s business situation and technical aptitude to deliver value to customers. His broad background includes utility project processes, property tax, and customer information/billing systems.

Mr. Wicks has over 25 years of experience designing, developing, managing, and implementing financial software and data products at companies across the United States. He’s built multiple industry-leading systems that have helped utilities and other asset intensive industries streamline and improve their accounting and tax processes. Throughout his career Mr. Wicks has worked with over 100 companies to maximize the value they realize from their financial systems and processes.

Mr. Cone is a senior income tax leader with over 25 years of PowerTax experience, providing advisory services, technical implementation and product development. He collaborates with customers at the executive tax strategy level while also providing hands-on/practical solutions for implementation and execution. He has worked directly with over 50 customers on all types of PowerTax engagements, including initial implementation, company/asset acquisitions, tax law change compliance/optimization, deferred tax reconstruction, tangible property regulation implementation and yearly filing assistance/on- going maintenance.

Mr. Zawko has over 15 years of experience in the fixed asset accounting and budgeting software industry. His experience spans the gamut of the project life cycle from technical design and development through client implementation and post go-live support. With a degree in engineering as well as public policy, Mr. Zawko’s knowledge allows him to marry technical and functional solutions seamlessly. He calls dozens of North American utilities as past and current clients.
PARTNER
Mr. Thomson has over 13 years of experience implementing and supporting fixed asset accounting systems within the rate-regulated utility industry. Through engagements with over 30 utilities in North America he has developed broad expertise in regulated project and asset accounting including book and tax depreciation, depreciation studies, and lessee accounting. Additionally, Mr. Thomson has extensive experience integrating with major ERP/EAM systems and has designed and implemented various accounting and data controls for large U.S. utilities.
VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
Mr. Carr is a CPA and has over 18 years of experience in the utility industry. Joining FirstEnergy in 2006 after 13 years in public accounting, he worked in the tax department preparing tax accruals, tax depreciation, FERC forms, tax compliance and financial reporting related to tax. He was also involved in several cross-departmental projects and pilot programs over his 5 years at FirstEnergy. He then spent 10 years at PowerPlan contributing to various tax implementations before transitioning to a sales role. Mr. Carr has worked in some capacity with most investor-owned utilities in the US.
