Ms. Koch has over 18 years of experience in asset accounting and implementation of financial systems for both regulated and non-regulated industries. Her broad background includes asset accounting leadership, system and integration design, and software implementation consulting.
An original founder of Arc-Two Consulting, Ms. Koch’s experience and interests include full-lifecycle asset accounting, lease accounting, data and integration services, and advanced implementation methodologies. During her career, she has led engagements at some of the largest utilities in North America.

Mr. Sandusky has over 25 years of experience in application design, implementation, and business process improvement for various financial and operational systems. He combines an understanding of the client’s business situation and technical aptitude to deliver value to customers. His broad background includes utility project processes, property tax, and customer information/billing systems.

Throughout the years he has worked with over 50 utilities throughout North America.
PARTNER
Mr. Thomson has over 13 years of experience implementing and supporting fixed asset accounting systems within the rate-regulated utility industry. Through engagements with over 30 utilities in North America he has developed broad expertise in regulated project and asset accounting including book and tax depreciation, depreciation studies, and lessee accounting. Additionally, Mr. Thomson has extensive experience integrating with major ERP/EAM systems and has designed and implemented various accounting and data controls for large U.S. utilities.
